TUI's travel app makes your vacation easier and safer. You have all the travel information gathered in one place, in the TUI app on your mobile. In the app, you can get in touch with guides around the clock, both before and during your vacation. Here you will find information and tips about sights, restaurants, and activities. You can choose from everything from snorkeling excursions to city tours that you can book with just a few clicks. Your flight and transfer times are also available in the travel app.

Contact with TUI guides around the clock:

Via the TUI app, you can reach out to guides every day, around the clock. You send a message via Ask the Guides in the app and receive a response shortly after. You can now contact guides via the app in the planning phase – as soon as the day after booking your trip. The app also provides service information and other important messages during your vacation.

Book TUI activities and experiences:

Enhance your holiday by booking an activity or excursion. Choose from many experiences, book directly in the app, and see details like time and pickup location.

Transfer Information:

If you have booked a bus transfer, you will find all information in the app, such as bus number and where it is parked when you land. The same goes for your return journey; you will receive information about pickup time and location for transport to the airport.

Vacation Planning:

In the app, you can track the countdown to departure. You can also monitor the weather forecast for your destination. Additionally, you can read about attractions, beaches, shopping, and restaurants at your destination.

Order Extras:

In our travel app, you can order duty-free items and upgrade your flight by selecting seats, booking extra legroom or additional baggage weight (applies to certain flights).

Search for and book a trip:

We offer over a hundred destinations worldwide, from beaches in Thailand and the Canary Islands to cities like Rome and Barcelona. You can book a charter trip, flights, hotels, excursions, activities, and tickets in the travel app.

Add Your Booking to the Travel App:

Once you have booked a trip, you can add your booking to the app. Simply enter your booking number and mobile number or email address provided at booking.

On most of our trips, it's possible to use the TUI app; however, there are some types of trips where you don't have access to the app yet – this only applies to flights (one way) and cruises. If you have only booked a hotel, you can add your booking to the app and view hotel information, but additional features are not available yet.
